Elm by the Sea is perfect for large groups because it features two full kitchens, two family rooms and multiple outdoor entertaining spaces to enjoy Florida’s warm weather.
Five Bedrooms + 3 Bunk Rooms
The home features four suites with king or queen beds and attached bathrooms. One petite bedroom with a queen bed. A large bunk room with four built in queen/queen beds, and two smaller bunk rooms with twin/twin bunks!
Six 1/2 Bathrooms
Four of the bedrooms have attached baths. There is one shared hallway bathroom in the main house and one in the guest cottage, plus a powder room in the main house.
Sleeps 24 People
The home sleeps 24 people in beds–though we recommend it as most comfortable for five couples and their kids. There is parking for five cars. There are also two sets of full size washer and dryers and two full kitchens. Plus an outdoor gas grill.
Ground Level, Main House
The ground level is entered from the front door at street level. There is a closet under the stairs for beach gear. There are two queen suites with attached bathrooms. Please note one bedroom does
not have an accessible closet. There is a large bunk room with four queen beds and two twin trundles. Another bathroom in the hallway to serve the bunk rooms. And a multipurpose room that access the rear patio features a sofa,
TV, arcade game and built in twin bunks.
Main House, Upper Level:
Located upstairs from the ground level, the main level of the home features an open floorplan with a spacious kitchen, great room with soaring ceilings, a dining table, screen in porch with two more dining tables, and a powder room. Also located on this floor is the master bedroom and bathroom.
Guest Cottage
The charming, and completely remodeled guest cottage has a charming kitchen, sofa, TV, eating area. Down the hall is a mini bunkroom with two twin beds furnished with shiplap siding, a full bath in the hallway and a petite bedroom with
queen sized bed. Also featured is a master bedroom with king bed, closet, beautiful marble adorned bathroom, and a stackable washer and dryer.
