We’ll admit that we are a bit particular when it comes to mattresses, pillows and linens. So when it comes to furnishing our vacation homes nothing but the best will do.
Three bunk rooms with classic shiplap style.
The large bunk room has four queen bunk beds and two twin trundle beds. The game room features a large screen TV, sofa, arcade game and twin bunk beds, plus french doors opening to the rear patio. And the cottage bunk room has twin built-in bunk beds.
Adventure awaits with a 6 passenger golf cart.
We have a 6 passenger, street legal licensed golf cart on site for your use by separate rental agreement. Only licensed drivers 25 years and older may operate it. Rental rate is $150/day for the duration of your stay. Golf carts may be driven from the home to downtown Seaside and Watercolor to the west and to Seagrove and Watersound (the Hub) to the east.
Enjoy complimentary use of our beach cruisers (there should be at least ten on-site). note that bikes are provided as-is and you should bring your own helmets for safety.

Perfect getaway!
Elm by the Sea is the perfect getaway for anyone wanting to come to the 30A area. It’s clean, updated and has all the amenities on site to make your stay comfortable and relaxing. The pool area is a huge bonus, as is the guest cottage. Thank you for an incredible stay!

My stay was so wonderful! Perfectly equipped with all the amenities and there is so much space for everyone to relax in and be together yet have their own space as well. The beds and bedding were so comfortable I slept so well. The location is ideal—just a short walk to the beach and we loved the beach cruiser bikes.

30-A is comprised of 18.5-miles from Blue Mountain Beach to the west and Rosemary Beach to the east. Seagrove (the community where Elm by the Sea is located) is located right in the middle with easy access to 12 wonderful beach communities. “Taking the scenic route” by car, bicycle, or on foot, you’ll journey past four state parks, 27 miles of greenway trails, 11 rare coastal dune lakes. And you’ll behold miles of stunningly beautiful beaches. Scenic 30-A is a tourist attraction of major proportions.
Hit the Beach
The white, powdery sands of 30A are legendary. It really does make every other beach pale in comparison. There is a public beach access just down the street—an easy walk, or do like we do and use the golf cart to bring all the gear down. We provide an assortment of beach chairs and toys.
Shop
30A is filled with wonderful boutique shops from the cobblestone streets of Rosemary, the HUB at Watersound and Seaside.
Eat!
Grab lunch at the Seaside food trucks, cap off an afternoon at the beach with an ice cream cone at Blue Mountain Creamery and then get ready for an amazing meal at one of dozens of award winning fine dining restaurants such as Cafe 30A, just down the street from Elm By The Sea.

Our family loves to visit the beach at Elm by the Sea and then spend a few days at Disneyworld and Universal Studios! We fly one way to the beach and then drive about 5 hours to Orlando and fly out of Orlando (or vice-versa). It’s really the best of both worlds and since we don’t require a 7 night minimum for either place this could be the best of both worlds. Book early to insure availability at both locations!
